Insight Global HRIS Manager in Asheville, North Carolina

Job Description

Insight Global is hiring an HRIS Manager on behalf of a client in Asheville, NC. This person will serve as the subject matter expert for human resources systems. Partnering with IT and stakeholders to implement, support, and provide advanced level expertise of the ERP system, reports, and interface integration and to enhance human resources systems and applications. This position oversees the HRIS operations and staff in the selection, build, testing, implementation, maintenance and administration of HR technology solutions and integrations.

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of experience implementing and/or supporting ERP systems

Prior experience with other HR systems such as recruiting and LMS software

Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.

Proficiency with a variety of technologies used in a business operation (SQL PLUS< PL/SQL, TOAD for Oracle, SSO, Document Management, electronic forms, and workflows), including an understanding of how these technologies intersect with HR applications.

Demonstrated competency in the development and implementation of system initiatives, strategies, polices and process improvements.

Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities; able to effectively prioritize work and consistently meet deadlines. Experience with any of the following systems: Banner HR, Cornerstone or JD Expert null
