Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in a large, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. This role emphasizes electrical troubleshooting, requiring proof of electrical training. You will work with conveyors and electro-mechanical components, focusing on high-speed, high-precision rotary equipment. We seek technicians who can provide permanent solutions to problems rather than temporary fixes.

Hard Skills

• Single and 3-phase motors/drives

• Base PLC experience (inputs/outputs)

• Reading schematics/blueprints

• Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance experience

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Asheboro, North Carolina.

Work Environment

Large climate-controlled facility spanning roughly 16 acres. The role requires working 12-hour night or day shifts following an initial training period on day shift. Personal protective equipment such as steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and ear protection are required. Specialty tools will be provided. Candidates must bring their own tools on the first day. The schedule is 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, with an additional day required every other week, averaging 48 hours weekly.
