Job Summary:
The Aftermarket Product Line Manager will be contributing to the growth and profitability of the Aftermarket business, which is one of Sundyne primary growth value drivers. The Aftermarket Product Line Manager Will Lead the development of a comprehensive Aftermarket strategic plan to achieve and support Sundyne's Sales and EBITDA growth objectives.
Major Responsibilities:
Lead development of comprehensive Aftermarket strategic plan Internal product and business assessment to create objectives for product line growth to be reviewed during annual budget and strategic planning cycle. Conduct Market research to assess market segment attractiveness, including sizing and entitlement of install base, trends & growth drivers for Aftermarket product sales. Execute VOC campaigns to understand and articulate product and customer requirements by analyzing customer applications and buying journey for aftermarket parts, service, and repair. Perform competitor and Win/Loss analysis to capture and analyze competitive positioning, trends, pricing, and product gaps.
Develop and Implement Aftermarket product roadmaps. Conduct internal VOC (sales, engineering) and external VOC (Channel partners, end users) to generate insights for value proposition development. Develop and implement comprehensive product roadmap to support the growth and profit objectives for the product line. Champion the Passport Gate process (NPD) before and after product design phase; support engineering during product design.
Lead efforts to improve commercialization of new and existing products and develop sales tools to support sales funnel development and conversion. Develop standard work to identify and maximize entitlement of equipment install base. Develop promotional strategy for new and existing products including positioning statements and value proposition. Support commercial teams in identifying target applications for new and existing products and communicating growth strategies to sales teams and channel partners.
Lead and execute Aftermarket pricing strategy and margin expansion. Lead pricing strategy development, implementation, and reporting in line with site specific margin expansion targets. Support and provide guidance on initiatives to improve product line margins through value engineering and other cost reduction activities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, MBA preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in product Management and/or Aftermarket business. Strong knowledge and understanding of rotating equipment technologies. Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas and Petrochemical markets. Strong analytical skills: able to breakdown complex issues into simple components and build/implement required action plans. Solution driven with the willingness and ability to implement innovative ideas and improve working methodologies. Able to lead presentations / discussions and deliver trainings and Voice of customer meetings in a confident and professional manner. Ability to actively manage co peting priorities and proven record to meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to successfully work in a cross functional team environment. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Compensation DetailsAnnual Salary: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00
Additional Compensation Salary Range for this position: $125k-150k (the salary offered will be determined based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, and will be compared with internal equity along with market data for this position).
