The Arvada Team is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join as a Material Handler. In this position you will be responsible and accountable for the handling and storage of all purchased raw materials, in-process sub-assemblies, and finished good product. Additionally, you will be responsible and accountable for supporting receiving, warehousing, and/or shipping functions. This includes loading and unloading trucks, sorting, sizing for materials, stacking and loading pallets, product identification, damage inspection, internal document creation, and/or data entry of related documents.

You will also get the opportunity to support other critical functions like stocking, issuing, internal delivery of materials, and directing materials to appropriate locations. This will include appropriate storage locations, production lines or other plant locations, packing, weighing, computer input/data entry using multiple systems, accurate record-keeping, and review of accompanying documents for verification and correctness. These responsibilities may include either international or domestic receipts or shipments.

Other key responsibilities will be.

Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm Mon-Fri

Performs handling of hazardous and or biohazards materials/waste and used medical equipment as may be required following established safety requirements.

Performs cycle counting for inventory control purposes and helps resolve inventory discrepancies.

Operates material handling equipment and possesses and maintains required licenses for their operation.

The ideal candidate will be used to actively participating as a member in a team-oriented environment and assists in the resolution of problems. This role will require you to carry out the physical requirements of the job, including physical transport, lifting, and operation of material handling equipment.

Minimum Requirements: You will bring a High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with exposure to material control, shipping and/or receiving. You must be able to work standing and moving around most of the time and frequently lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move between 50 and 100 pounds, using lifting aids, techniques, or appropriate assistance.

Compensation & Benefits:

A reasonable estimate of the hourly rate for this position is $19-21/hr. + discretionary annual bonus. Pay ranges may vary by location
