Basic Job Functions:
The Position:
Foam Injected Product Operators (FIP) are responsible for ensuring the proper operation of equipment utilized in the production of foam-injected products.
(Note: 2nd Shift FIP Operators are trained on 1st Shift until training completion)
Responsibilities:
Safely operate and maintain equipment used in the production of foam-injected products
Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and identify any issues that arise
Troubleshoot equipment
Ensure that all products meet quality standards
Complete necessary documentation and paperwork
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-year of previous general labor and/or machine operator experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
2 years of experience operating and maintaining industrial machines
