One key area where we are bringing the high quality and value our customers have come to expect is the Companys CNC operations in its Machining Department and we are looking for highly-motivated CNC technicians on the 1st & 2nd shifts to help meet our goal of Total Customer Satisfaction while thriving in our fast-paced environment.

The CNC technician is responsible for programming and operating various machining tools and lathes; helps maintain inventory and tooling requirement; and preforms and completes setup sheets, as well as documents process controls, for each setup. Additionally, this role helps drive cost saving initiatives by optimizing machining processes to minimize cycle times and scrap.

The ideal candidate will have a certificate from college or technical school and/or combination of education and experience relating to CNC machining and programming. Additionally, he/she should have the ability to see, read, and follow instructions/procedures/policies and interpret drawings; be fluent with M&G coding; and have experience with software programs such as Solid Works, Surf Cam and Part Maker.
