The Global Fleet and Products team is responsible for managing and growing the network of professional contract organizations that power Amazon's in-house last mile delivery service. The Last Mile Global Fleet and Products team is seeking a talented Sr. Program Manager to join our team to design, build, and optimize the largest and most agile fleet in the world.

Key job responsibilities

• Enable the launch and expansion of the Last Mile Rental program across AMZL US Delivery Stations

• Plan and execute end-to-end operational program analysis – including data root cause analysis and process improvement opportunities to drive program performance and improvement

• Define and scale all Last Mile Rental (LMR) program elements (User Interface, communication, tracking, vehicle sourcing, and system improvements) to drive program participation and growth.

• Work cross functionally with peers/colleagues to support training, best practices, and shared opportunities.

• Continuous innovation to drive product improvements across the network

• Optimize and standardize the delivery partner experience journey

• Lead and coordinate large, complicated projects with multiple tech and non-tech stakeholders.

A day in the life

The Sr. Product Manager, Last Mile Rental plays a critical role to the growth and performance of the LMR business. LMR is a key enabler to AMZL US solving last mile capacity enabling safe/cost effective delivery. This role is a driving force for the adoption and scale of LMR to our Delivery Service Provides (DSP) 2.0 providers. This role will actively plan and implement initiatives, analyze and respond to business conditions, and partner with external groups to deliver short and long term solutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience as a product manager or owner

  • Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
