What You Will Do :

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Campus Recruiter responsible for crafting, executing, and delivering all aspects of full-cycle intern and campus entry-level hiring process. You will be a main point of contact and trusted advisor for Guidehouse leaders to plan and execute a hiring strategy that meets the goals of both business needs and company values. This role will be an integral part of the Guidehouse Talent Acquisition Campus Recruiting team, and this position reports directly to the Associate Director/Campus Recruiting Leader.

In this role, the Senior Campus Recruiter will bring creativity, innovation, and adaptability to the role, with a clear focus on continuous process improvement. You will proactively partner with key contacts, including candidates, university career services, school faculty members, and student clubs and organizations. You will also work closely with internal corporate clients such as Human Capital, Operations, Onboarding, Learning and Development, and Marketing to ensure an efficient recruiting process and a positive candidate and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full campus recruiting lifecycle for summer intern and campus full-time hires for select business segments

  • Serve as a true talent partner and guide both candidates and stakeholders through the recruiting process

  • Develop and deepen relationships with candidates, career centers, faculty members, and student organizations

  • Plan, attend, and facilitate on-campus and virtual recruiting activities like career fairs, information sessions, student group events, and company-branded events

  • Foster positive interactions with top prospects and advise internal team members on best practices for identifying top talent and engaging prospects throughout the candidate lifecycle

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Operations team to deliver a brand-defining candidate experience, including campus event management, interview scheduling, and timely candidate tracking within applicant software (Workday)

  • Perform recruiting activities consistent with OFCCP and EEOC guidelines as related to hiring practices

  • Craft creative methods to boost the company’s brand through partnerships and collaboration with various professional, community, and student organizations

  • Develop data-driven reports regarding recruiting activity, hiring results, competitive analysis, and opportunities for improvement

  • Stay informed and share knowledge on campus recruiting trends, best practices, tools, and valuable competitive intelligence

  • Proactively identify barriers to change, make recommendations, and solve problems swiftly in critical situations

  • Leverage new employment branding to build awareness and engagement and use social media to engage prospective candidates

  • Participate in campus project workstreams and support campus recruiting and intern programming efforts as needed

  • Engage in regular communication with Campus Recruiting Leader and Campus Recruiting Team on top priorities, recruiting efforts, and innovative solutions

What You Will Need :

  • Minimum of Four (4) years of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting

  • Full-cycle campus recruitment experience or prior experience in campus recruiting, university relations, or early-in-career recruiting

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field. Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for degree.

What Would Be Nice To Have :

  • Experience recruiting in a professional services environment and/or in high-volume recruiting

  • Experience with Workday recruiting platform ATS (applicant tracking system) and RippleMatch CRM

  • Experience recruiting for federal roles and understanding of security clearances processes, levels, and requirements

  • Ability to quickly acquire a strong understanding of relevant firm businesses, recruiting policies, procedures, and systems and educate colleagues and clients on industry best practices.

  • Consultative approach toward clients with proven ability to influence others and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and able to source and identify high-caliber talent in an extremely competitive job market.

  • Demonstrated ability to execute strategies to build a diverse pipeline of candidates

  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed for campus recruiting events, internal meetings, and conferences

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, and leadership skills

  • Practiced project management and organizational skills, including prioritizing workload, attention to detail, and accurate data upkeep in real time

  • Skilled in gathering data, tracking metrics, and preparing up to date reports

  • Thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment with the willingness to share knowledge and partner with a diverse group of professionals

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs and tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
