GCyber Requirements Evaluation & Design (RED) Team Lead in Arlington, Virginia
GCyber is seeking a Requirements Evaluation & Design (RED) Team Lead, to support a high profile DISA customer. As a Requirements Evaluation & Design (RED) Team Lead, you will drive the assessment, planning, and implementation of IT solutions.
As a Requirements Evaluation & Design (RED) Team Lead, you will:
Lead the RED team in assessing IT requirements, designing solutions, and executing projects in alignment with organizational goals and DoD standards.
Evaluate IT systems and infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategic technology enhancement plans.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful delivery while preparing cost estimates and proposals for senior management.
Mentor and guide team members in best practices, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
Act as the primary liaison between IT, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Active DoD Secret security clearance
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer sciences, business management, or related field
5+ years as a Lead Project Manager
5+ years in DoD IT environment
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
