The Global Central Reliability Maintenance Engineering team is seeking for a ELM Program Manager for expanding Base Building Throughput Qualification in the International business units (LATAM, MENA) !

The Base Building ELM Program Manager supports the construction phases, building equipment installation, working with data to find root causes and generate improvements on further launches and retrofits across Europe. Key job responsibilities

Manage new and existing Throughput Qualification program, successfully delivering projects and goals across multiple sites to measure building readiness.

Work directly with external providers, customers, and partner teams to craft and deliver scalable solutions during the building testing.

Management of existing Throughputs Qualification program including Fire and Life Safety, Heating, Ventilation, air conditioning, and building management system on existing electrical systems.

ELM Program Manager will focus on electrical system, include overseeing the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the pre-launch electrical testing program. Manage the coordination and execution of planned electrical shutdowns to facilitate necessary testing and maintenance activities

Own program communication, accelerating progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, clearing blockers (e.g., path to green), escalating as appropriate

Influence design and development of strategic processes.

Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones, and performance across all projects and using this data to drive/influence business decisions.

Engage other Amazon business units globally to share best practices and improve end to end outcomes for Amazon customers.

Manage post-launch support plans (e.g., post-mortem, issue/ticket management, etc.) and look for opportunities to improve program quality and operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and MS Project) at an advanced level

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or technology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with and managing third party vendors

  • Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing

  • Experience or use of PMP/Lean Six Sigma/Kaizen

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment

  • Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment

  • Demonstrated problem-solving, mathematic, and analytical skills using data to drive decisions in a business environment

  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency in effective communication of goals and strategies across multiple leadership levels of an organization

  • Proven ability to influence internal/external stakeholders without authority to adopt new processes/initiatives

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Experience managing electrical system projects.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $68,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $126,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
