Your Impact

TheABI Analyst - Technical Specialist will leverage yourexperienceof the military and intelligence operational environment in concert with your personal ingenuity, technical knowledge anddatascience skills to solve our nation's toughest intelligence problems in sometimes remote/austere locations in a time-sensitive and demanding environment on a rotating deployment schedule. The Analyst will act as the residentGEOINTexpert and communicate and coordinate requirements through reach back.

Responsibilities

On a rotational deployment cycle, you'll operate from the Washington DC Metro Area and then deploy to an OCONUS location. You will have the opportunity to provide support in-theater to work with and understand the needs of your end customers. Using tools likeArcGIS, QTModeler, and SocetGXP, you will takedatafrom multiple sources to providegeospatialand imagery intelligence solutions.

You'll also have opportunities to hone your skills with technical training to build your own tool kit and learn new technologies like full-motion video (FMV),PythonScripting, andJEMAmodeling. Whetherdeployingindividually or as a team, your direct support to in-theater operations will provide you with continuous insight and feedback from the warfighters who depend on your products and analysis. What Youll Need

Required Qualifications

  • ActiveTS/SCIclearancerequired.
  • 10+ years of relevantexperience.
  • Ability to deploy 30-180 days at a time, 1-2 times per year with ancillary travel and medical readiness
  • Experienceserving as two or more of the following:geospatialanalyst, intelligence analyst, targeting officer, technical targeting officer, or similar Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) Analyst skill sets.
  • Experiencesupporting the research development ofanalytical tools, to include: gathering requirements and distilling into project plans based on deployedexperience
  • Experiencecreating new and innovativeanalyticalworkflowsandmethodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of technicaldatatypes based on previous research and work withdatasets of interest.Datatypes of interest include: Technical TelemetryData; Computer Network Cyberdata; Other forms of telecommunication protocoldatatypes, including but not limited to cellular, wi-fi, and ethernet.
  • Experienceworking with targeting tools anddatabases.
  • Experiencein a customer facing role.
  • DemonstratedexperienceusingNGA's AdvancedAnalyticPlatform(AAP)
  • Regional Geographic proficiency in various physical, cultural, and social geographies
  • Military service familiarity
  • Previous deploymentexperiencein support of GEO INT critical mission operations
  • Experiencewith coding (Python,SQL, Pyspark) and working with Jupyter Notebooks or similar capability.
