Description

Role and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing 1,000 invoices/month

• Perform data entry and spreadsheet management.

• Respond to vendor and employee inquiries regarding invoices and payment detail

• Assist with managing the company’s lease obligations through our cloud-based lease management system.

• Help with the loan draw process for projects under construction.

• Foster relationships with staff, suppliers, and vendors

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred or applicable work experience

• 1-3 years in accounts payable or an accounting position.

• Experience working with cloud-based accounting systems preferred.

• Excellent skills in MS Office.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and recording skills.

• Authorization to work in the U.S
