Texas Health Resources Timekeeper - PRN in Arlington, Texas

Timekeeper – PRN, 40 hours weekly

Location: Remote Role – Home office at Texas Health Resources 612 E. Lamar TX 76011

Hours: PRN - Not Benefited, 40 hours weekly, every other Sunday (possible Saturdays)

What You’ll Need

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

  • Two (2) years of prior timekeeping experience is preferred.

You’ll also need working knowledge of Excel, Word, and be able to perform 10-key by touch. Must have excellent PC skills, organizational and communication skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are a plus as well.

What You’ll Do

As a Timekeeper with Texas Health Resources, you’ll build a positive, professional rapport with department managers and hospital staff by maintaining positive customer relations. You’ll monitor daily exception reports and reviews for potential payable time problems in order to help the managers understand errors as well as process any corrections prior to payroll processing. You’ll validate all error reports and correct items as needed and ensure appropriate approvals have been obtained. In addition, you’ll assist department managers with ClairVia and/or PeopleSoft questions and processes. Provide education and training to all managers and other timekeepers. Act as a super user for Clairvia and PeopleSoft.
