Job Title: Pharmacy Technician - Patient Access

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician or Trainee to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role offers a competitive salary of $20-21/hr during the contract period of 4-5 months, transitioning to $19-20/hr upon permanent hire. The position involves processing live insurance claims, communicating through outbound and inbound calls with insurance companies, clinics, doctor’s staff, patients, and caregivers, and assisting with copay assistance. The role requires managing a significant amount of phone work, with specific times set for handling calls. Performance will be measured based on efficiency and quality monitoring through actual phone call reviews.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Fort Worth, Texas.

Work Environment

This role operates on a shift basis, either 9 AM-6 PM or 10 AM-7 PM CST, Monday through Friday. Training will span 3 weeks, with orientation and SOP training, followed by hands-on training, and culminating in independent work.
