Hiring Journeyman Electrician in Dallas, TX

Local and Travel Positions

Pay: $34-$38/hr. depending on experience

2nd or 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.

• Running conduit

• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.

• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, ensuring compliance with codes.

• Read and understand blueprints and one-line drawings.

• Clean work area, tools, and equipment.

Requirements

• Journeyman Electrician License (must be able to provide card #) or equivalent experience (8 years of electrician experience)

• Experienced w/ Installs, troubleshooting, and electrical testing.

• 4+ years of experience working in an industrial or commercial environment

• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
