About the Role: The Value Improvement Program Lead is responsible for driving strategic value initiatives across the organization by leveraging advanced technology solutions, Lean Business Principles, and best practices. This role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and implementing opportunities for process enhancement and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing return on investment (ROI). Your Responsibilities will Include: Build and refine business analyses using process mining and task mining tools to uncover insights. Develop business cases and ROI calculations, leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices. Lead business value kickoffs and workshops to identify and qualify opportunities for process improvement. Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines from kickoff through implementation. Collaborate with leaders, process owners, and Business Process Leads (BPLs) to achieve strategic goals. Delivers reporting on key metrics for executive level reporting. Execute improvement actions and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives. Organize training and enablement sessions for business stakeholders. Lead remote and on-site Gemba workshops to identify additional improvement opportunities. Monitor project progress, facilitating timely intervention and problem-solving with project managers, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure stalled projects continue to advance. Supports/leads root cause analysis efforts to drive long-term, comprehensive solutions to opportunities identified, ensuring sustainable improvements across the organization. Oversee the continuous improvement idea intake process, ensuring standardization and governance across teams. Establishes and maintains performance metrics to measure program success. Acts as key "go-to" expert for business discovery and related technologies. Has knowledge of process improvement techniques like Six Sigma or Lean. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in process improvement, value engineering, or a similar role. Strong expertise in process mining, task mining, and other analytical tools. Proven ability to build business cases and calculate ROI. Excellent project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related discipline. Experience with Gemba workshops and continuous improvement methodologies. Familiarity with enterprise-wide change management initiatives. Experience in a global or multi-site organization. Familiarity with key business functions such as finance, sales, procurement, customer care, and capital equipment.
