Robert Half Rebates & Fees Analyst in Arden Hills, Minnesota

Description

We are in search of a Rebates & Fees Analyst to join our team located in Arden Hills, Minnesota. As part of our team, the chosen candidate will be part of the Rebates and Fees team and will be involved in various responsibilities that revolve around customer contract performance, data accuracy, and compliance. This position is a hybrid role, requiring the incumbent to be onsite for three days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, process, and settle rebates within the organization's Revenue Management systems.

• Ensure timely rebate payments and communicate customer market share information.

• Analyze and oversee rebate settlements to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Work closely with internal teams to resolve any rebate issues.

• Support the principal analyst in dealing with workload requests.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of contract requirements to meet all relevant contract rebate obligations promptly and accurately.

• Work cross-functionally to clarify and resolve queries related to agreement language, contract setup, or customer requirements.

• Conduct multiple analyses to assess customer contract performance.

• Maintain and process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Keep accurate records of customer credit and monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of advanced functions such as VLOOKUP

• Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal

• Familiarity with compliance and contract administration, specifically in relation to rebates and fees

• Experience with payment processing and settlements

• Ability to provide oversight and work with internal teams to ensure contract compliance

• Knowledge of finance and accounting functions, particularly as they relate to rebates

• Experience in administering agreements and contracts

• Ability to analyze market share data and draw insights

• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
