About the role: The Business Process Admin analyzes and investigates customer and device data with internal, field personnel and end customers to enable the Medical Records and Device Tracking function to meet quality system requirements, drive competitive advantages and contribute to business results by improving the function's accuracy of product, patient, and customer data. Your responsibilities will include: Assesses device configurations and statuses and follows up with internal and external customers. Applies codes to medical procedures to support downstream complaint handling. Composes written communications to internal and external customers for further investigation or in response to inquiries. Investigates, processes, and maintains customer medical records. Ensures the quality of the data received on incoming documents. Interacts with internal groups to gather and ensure accurate and complete information for each patient medical record. Makes outgoing calls to and receives incoming phone calls from BSC customers. Processes critical and rush requests related to medical records operation. Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures. Contributes to the design of processes and works with other groups to enhance workflow. Assures appropriate documentation is maintained to assure quality system compliance. Participates in FDA mandated activities to remain compliant. Maintains patient, physician and device records through various methods. What we're looking for in you: Required qualifications: Minimum of a high school diploma. Minimum of 2 years of related experience. Preferred qualifications: Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task including understanding customer requirements and respond satisfactorily and timely. Ability to understand BSC products, products configurations, and procedures. Strong attention to detail Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
