Job Description:

Quality Control Utility I Arbuckle, CA

This is an hourly position

This potential position shall encompass the below description including covering the Quality control supervisor when needed.

  • Quality control staff.

  • Scheduling

  • Assist in the Scheduling Quality control personal if Supervisor or Manager are not present.

  • Performance

  • Assisting the Quality Control Supervisor when needed.

  • Willing to cover quality control positions wherever is needed.

  • Assisting in the inspection of all incoming paddy.

  • Assisting in double checking finished product quality results.

  • Willing to work overtime when needed which may include coming in on some weekends.

  • Requirements

  • Must have basic computer and math skills

  • Excel workbook experience

  • Food Safety

  • Make sure all Quality Programs are followed.

  • Make sure all HARPC requirements are being meet

  • Assist in answering Quality Control questions when needed.

  • Scale house

  • Assisting in the receiving of all incoming paddy

  • Assisting in the inspection of all incoming paddy

  • This involves using equipment that helps analyze the incoming product.

  • Physical USDA grading takes place at this point.

  • Assisting in gathering samples.

  • Assisting in the receiving of packaged goods. For Example, enrichment and Camolino Oil

  • Communication (When needed with)

  • Cal-Agri

  • OMIC USA Sacramento

  • Department Supervisor

  • Work with Domestic Sales.
