Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field

 Two years server experience

 Or combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills

and abilities

 Valid driver's license

Experience configuring and supporting Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy,

Domains, Domain Schemas, Domain Name Systems (DNS), Dynamic Host

Configuration Protocol (DHCP) and Security Policy Configurations

 Experience configuring, supporting and securing Microsoft Server Operating Systems

(2012, 2016, 2019) and SQL Server (2012, 2014, 2016, 2017, or 2019)

 Experience supporting and securing virtualization technologies and configurations using

VMware or Citrix

 Experience working with network storage (SAN, NAS, Backup, etc.)

 Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange

 Excellent communication skills and exceptional customer facing skills with a high degree

of professionalism. logical, clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills.

 Experience with handling sensitive and confidential information

 Must display initiative, ability to work independently and within a team and be able to

use independent judgment. Ability to react quickly to a fast paced, rapidly changing

environment.

 Considerable ability to adapt, learn new technical concepts and perform in unfamiliar

environments with or without formal training

 Considerable ability to coordinate multiple tasks at once.

 Frequently required to bend, stoop, kneel and crouch. Able to lift, carry, push, pull or

otherwise move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally

• Demonstrable experience in PC troubleshooting.

• Ability to follow complex instructions accurately.

• Keen learner with an aptitude for understanding technical

build processes.

• Experience or interest in identifying procedural gaps and

optimizing workflows.

• Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week.
