The Lead Software Engineer is responsible for coordinating and collaborating with the engineer team to ensure the efficient design, development, and maintenance of MCC, Inc.\'s various web and cross-platform applications. Minimum of 3 years of software development experience, with experience in a leadership position. Experience working with SQL, .NET, Angula required. Strong verbal and written communication skills (both general and technical). Experience with extreme programing or other agile methodologies. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organization with the ability to establish priorities. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide, inspire, and motivate team members. Independent judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to problem solve. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the construction industry preferred. Experience implementing unit testing suites for full-stack applications preferred.
