JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Manage all aspects of product packaging for the assigned work cell. - Inspect finished products to ensure that they meet the quality and packaging standards. - Communicate any product quality concerns to the first available Supervisor or Manager within a timely manner - Communicate any packaging concerns to the first available Supervisor or Manager in a timely manner. - Make spools, restock supplies, put finished rolls away, take out full skids, and assist with startups. - Package finished goods into boxes. - Maintain cleanliness of the work areas by sweeping, dusting and removing trash from the area on a daily/weekly basis. - Expected to complete all assigned tasks in accordance with Standard Work Procedure. - Expected to communicate any and all unsafe conditions, unsafe behaviors, near misses, incidents and/or accidents to a Supervisor or Manager immediately ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - HS or GED diploma - Availability to work rotating 12 hour shifts - Ability to perform highly repetitive or short cycle work - Demonstrated hands-on ability - Strong communication skills - Previous experience in a manufacturing environment a plus - Ability to work with a team - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of hand tools - Able to complete basic mathematical calculations and follow standard work instructions - Attention to detail ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: appletonresumes@qpsemployment.com Apply Online: https://jobs.qpsemployment.com/jobs/737342 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
