Description

We are seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our healthcare team located in Appleton, Wisconsin. This role involves managing patient interactions and administrative processes in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage patient interactions, including scheduling appointments and addressing inquiries

• Conduct administrative tasks such as billing functions, claim administration, and complaint handling

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites for data entry and documentation

• Ensure smooth cash activity within the department

• Deliver excellent customer service and handle patient inquiries with utmost professionalism

• Navigate through various benefit functions to provide accurate information to the patients

• Regularly update patient records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.

Requirements

• Proficiency in EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suites

• Knowledge of benefit functions within a healthcare setting

• Experience with billing functions in a healthcare environment

• Ability to handle cash activity accurately and efficiently

• Experience with claim administration within a healthcare setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Proven ability to maintain patient confidentiality

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
