You will be working in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment to complete the mechanical, electrical and preventative maintenance on all production machinery and equipment within the facility. Job duties may include but are not limited too:

• Install, align and test new production machinery and equipment prior to operation

• Repair and replace mechanical components including gearboxes, pumps, motors and conveyors

• Troubleshoot PLC's and repair electrical systems up to 480VAC 3-phase

• Troubleshoot and replace hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, rams, fittings, and other components.

• Repair robots including sensors, photo eyes, relays and more

• Repair overhead cranes, hoists, and other material handling equipment

Pay : $28.75/hr to $38.95+/hr based on experience

Requirements:

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems up to 480VAC highly preferred

• 2+ years of relevant maintenance experience OR Associates degree in relevant field required

• Experience troubleshooting PLC's preferred
