ManpowerGroup Machine Assistant in Appleton, Wisconsin

Our client, a leader in the paper converting industry, is seeking a Machine Assistant to join their team. As a Machine Assistant, you will be part of the production team supporting efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Assistant

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $18 to $20 an hour

Hours: Sunday to Wednesday - 8pm to 6am

What's the Job?

  • Assist the Operator as needed to ensure production timelines are met.

  • Open rolls and properly stage product for production.

  • Wrap finished products and stage them to the designated area.

  • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition.

  • Assist the Operator with machine set-up and general maintenance duties as required.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in machine operation or casual labor.

  • Ability to understand and complete the helper checklist and required paperwork.

  • Familiarity with basic machine functions to meet production deadlines.

  • Capability to use various tools and equipment, including pallet jacks and hand tools.

  • Willingness to adhere to safety policies and procedures.
