JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Construction Superintendent breathes life into projects by overseeing multiple sites across the Lakeshore area. Ideal candidates will have experience in developing and maintaining project schedules, supervising field staff, adhering to safety regulations, and possessing technical expertise in commercial and industrial construction practices. *Ensure the precise and timely execution of commercial and industrial construction projects *Oversee field staff, including Site Superintendents, Foremen, and subcontractors *Collaborate with the Project Manager to monitor, manage, and mitigate construction risks *Address and resolve on-site issues with construction personnel *Provide technical guidance and coaching on task execution *Create and maintain project schedules, anticipating labor requirements *Assist in the training and enforcement of field personnel standards *Serve as a technical resource for estimators and business development on new projects *Manage the project close-out process to ensure timely completions *Coordinate the rental and management of equipment on a per-project basis *Issue purchase orders and procure job supplies *Estimate and submit quotes for small projects as directed ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: In field experience in commercial and industrial settings.
