Job Title: Entry Level Assembler

Pay: $16 - $17.30/hr

Job Description

As a full-time production associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging. This role offers flexible sitting or standing options during a 10-hour shift, although standing will be required periodically. You will be working in a light industrial/general assembly environment where you will lift no more than 10-15 lbs. and adhere to specific metrics for assembly tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging tasks.

• Work 1st shift hours (5:30 AM to 3:30 PM Monday to Thursday) or 2nd shift hours (3:00 PM to 1:00 AM Monday to Thursday).

• Meet assembly metrics, such as connecting hoses by hand.

• Maintain good attendance and quality standards.

• Utilize basic computer skills for various tasks.

• Handle test equipment and hand tools efficiently.

• Ensure products meet quality standards through inspection.

• Follow safety protocols in the workplace.

Essential Skills

• Experience in assembly line operations.

• General production and hand tool usage.

• Basic computer skills.

• Quality control and inspection experience.

• Testing experience, including soldering and machine operation.

• Good attendance record.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to complete paperwork and manage onboarding processes independently.

• Problem-solving skills, such as changing a tire.

Work Environment

Candidates will be working in a close to brand new, state-of-the-art facility that is clean, bright, and temperate controlled at 68 degrees with 30% humidity. The work environment is safety-focused, ensuring a comfortable and secure workplace.
