JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Broad Description of Duties: The Attraction Attendant is responsible for providing superior guest service, interacting with guest and ensuring the guest get the best possible experience at our Funset location. This position reports to the General Manager. Essential Functions/Job Duties: * Welcomes and interacts with all guests to make it a fun experience; * Operates attraction and ensures guest/employee safety; * Maintains the cleanliness of all games; * Keeps all games stocked with toys and other prizes; * Assist guests with questions, resets games and ensures all games are operating properly; * Demonstrate use of games or merchandise; * Resolve guest complaints timely in a professional manner; * Keep redemption center stocked and clean; * Clean games, shelves, floor, counters and tables; * Load games with tickets and merchandise; * Clears token and ticket jams; * May assist in moving games; * Other duties as assigned by management *The above list reflects the general details necessary to describe the principle and essential functions of the position and shall not be construed as the only duties that may be assigned for the position.
