Performs all tasks necessary to assist persons using the facility and which make the facility more attractive and presentable. Responds to the needs and concerns of all using the facility in a courteous, informed, and enthusiastic manner. Proactively assist the team in providing a positive experience to our recreational facility customers. This position will be performing various building operation tasks and light cleaning. Duties include: Gym - Set up of nets and equipment, tables and chairs and cleaning, including sweeping and dusting before matches. Rooms - Set up, cleaning, trash removal and take downs. Other cleaning as assigned. Assist with checking in Open Play and Youth/Family gym customers. Cover front desk on occasion if the Facility Supervisor is called away. Answer facility and program questions. Monitoring and restocking restroom and locker room supplies. Assist in securing the building at the end of the night. Winter snow shoveling of sidewalks and building entrances/exits. Other duties appropriate to the position and assigned by the Facility Supervisor.
