We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the General Manager and Fulfillment Center Operations team. The successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detail oriented, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information, as well as a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities. You must have the ability to communicate well and to manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously.

Job requirements:

  • Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach

  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Key job responsibilities

  • Photocopying, faxing, typing meeting notes, making travel arrangements

  • Creating presentation using graphics

  • Completing expense reports, maintaining schedules, plan events, and coordinate meetings and events for our Fulfillment Center Staff

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience

  • High school or equivalent

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

  • Are 18 years of age or older

  • 2+ years of experience delivering support to one or two Sr. Manager or Director roles

  • 2+ years of experience managing travel reservations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with end-to-end project management

  • Understanding of how to create a basic expense and reimbursement report.

  • Management of fixed budgets for office administration, on-site events, meetings.

  • Strong background of administrative, secretarial support or other management
