Job Summary:

We seek a motivated General Administration Intern to support daily administrative tasks across Danfoss's five plants in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review legal documents and follow up on contract revisions.

• Support corporate fleet administration.

• Review travel expense reports and assist with corporate credit card procedures.

• Help coordinate departmental events and visits (GS/SSC).

• Provide support to the Finance department under Luis Medina.

• Organize company records and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, or Legal Studies.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
