About us

We are looking for a full- time Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer transactions, customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing helpful information about products and services. The ideal candidate will have a positive, action-oriented mindset and excellent cash handling experience, communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to think quickly on their feet.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer's transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account transfers, accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers via phone, email, and in person, with confidentiality and integrity.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain customer records in a secure database.
• Collaborate and support other areas of the bank when needed.
• Opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to think quickly and effectively.
•  Proficiency in handling cash and conducting financial transactions.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent service under pressure.
• Ability to handle all interactions and transactions with confidentiality and integrity.

Pay based on experience.

Hours are:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday - 7:45 - 4:15
• Wednesday - 7:45 - Noon
• Every other Saturday - 7:45 - Noon
• Once a month, expected to work Thursday until 5pm & Friday until 6pm
