Job duties

• Gather information requested by underwriting to make credit decisions

• Prepare closing packages

• Communicate with title companies, appraisers, realtors, members, and mortgage staff to obtain necessary information and order outside services as needed

• Assist the Mortgage Servicers in the ongoing collection and documentation of data for the annual HMDA Reporting to NCUA

Following a training period in Antigo, this position has the potential to work out of the Antigo, Neenah, DePere, or Wausau CoVantage locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Preferably have prior mortgage experience

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows programs

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people

• Strong attention to detail, while working accurately under pressure
