Twin City Staffing LLC Production Operator in Anoka, Minnesota

The production operator is a team member who is authorized, responsible, and accountable for maintaining quality standards by performing and documenting the assembly of parts and assemblies to complete finished products, meeting defined production standards, schedules, and quality requirements. Location: Anoka, MN Wage: $18 - $20/hr. Prepare parts and set up necessary tools and equipment for assembly processes. Review finished assemblies, parts, and products to ensure accuracy and compliance with production requirements. Prepare finished products for shipping by packaging, crating, palletizing, and loading as required. Report production issues and assist in resolutions as required. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities at the discretion of the Director of Operations. Requirements of the Position: Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Minimum of 3 years experience in a production environment preferred. Familiarity with the use of hand and power tools. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to organize, prioritize, and plan work to meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficient verbal and listening abilities with a diverse work team, customers, and coworkers. Ability to read engineering drawings and work instructions. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook. JobBoss experience preferred. Additional Information: Apply today!
