Your Mission:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems

• Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment running at peak performance

• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations and company standards

• Oversee vendor and contractor work to maintain quality control

• Keep track of tools, inventory, and maintenance records

• Proactively identify and fix potential issues before they become problems

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5-7 years of experience in facilities maintenance or commercial building systems

• EPA 608 Type II Certification required (Universal preferred)

• Expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical troubleshooting

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel

• High school diploma or equivalent required (trade school a plus)

Pay Details: $42.00 per hour
