Zurich offers 10- to 12-week full-time summer internships between May and September in areas such as Actuarial, Claims, Corporate Communications, Finance, Human Resources IT, Marketing, Operations, Predictive Analytics and Underwriting. About the Team

• Collaborate on risk selection and risk mitigation strategies

• Compose technical research and support for field staff engineers

• Assist with building out new Innovative Service Offerings

• Creation and presentation of internal and external support materials

• Adhoc projects

Basic Qualifications

Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program in the fall semester following the internship

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in engineering or related field

• Demonstrates problem solving skills in a customer focused environment

• Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills

• Self-motivated, punctual, professional and able to work independently

Compensation for roles at Zurich varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Zurich provides in good faith a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are encouraged to apply, and will be considered based on experience, skill, and education. The salary provided is a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled. The starting hourly rate for this position is $23.50.
