Summary You will serve as a INTERDISCIPLINARY COMMUNITY PLANNER/ENGINEER/ARCHITECT in the ASSET MANAGEMENT DIVISION of NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD WASH. Responsibilities You will develop basic facility requirements (BFRs) to justify new construction, consolidation, and demolition. You will perform technical and functional review of project plans and designs to verify projects satisfy planning criteria. You will perform a facilities analysis (e.g., functional or economic development, expansion capabilities, circulation, physical security, physical and sociological community interrelationships) to verify if operational needs and requirements are met. You will lead multi-functional teams as the project scope is identified and implemented. You will communicate technical matters and planning concepts, both orally and in writing.
