We are seeking aCNO Framework Developerwho will join a team of developers working on a cross-platform framework. They will support the group's overall mission to design, develop, test, and maintain this framework across multiple platforms.

Position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance. US citizenship is required.

Position Required Skills:

• Minimum one (I) year experience programming in Assembly, C, C#,C++,Java, Perl, or Python,
• Minimum one(1)year experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments OR minimum one (1) year experience developing UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments
• In-depth understanding of network protocols
• In-depth understanding of OS (e.g., Unix) internals
• Experience with IDA Pro, Ghidra, or similar binary analysis tool a plus
• Familiarity with modern software engineering concepts
• Knowledge of common CNO techniques
• Ability to gather requirements and design a solution with minimal oversight
• Ability to present a development plan and forecast deliverables

Qualifications:Minimum four(4)years experience in a commercial or academic experience in the field of computer science, information systems, or network engineering.
