ARSIEM is currently looking for a CNO Developer. The position will support one of our Government clients in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and modernize unique build environments.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ (CAP3) years of experience programming in C/C++ or similar and Python

• In-depth understanding of Build systems (GCC or similar)

• In-depth understanding of intermediate representations

• Familiarity with modern software engineering concepts

• Knowledge of common CNO techniques

• Ability to gather requirements and design a solution with minimal oversight

• • Labor Category Requirements: CNO Analyst/Programmer III

• Minimum ten (10) years OF experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineering

• Minimum eight (8) years of experience programming in Assembly, C, C#, C++, Java, Perl, and Python

• Minimum five (5) years experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments OR minimum five (5) years experience developing UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments.

Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
