Development and delivery of high-quality software for client consumer applications. Perform Solution/Product Roadmap and continuous improvement release planning. Perform solution design, working closely with business analysts to convert business requirements into software solutions. Act as a subject matter expert for software development to guide customer solutions. Perform Secure Software Design & Development Lifecycle (SSDLC). Analyze and understand the needs of the end users and design proper solutions. Develop technical solutions and coordinate the installation and implementation of applications. Perform system analysis and work in parallel with the quality assurance analysts to create accurate test scripts. Partner with the Plan team on a global scale to understand business needs and design solutions. Troubleshoot production issues and resolve within SLA.
