Job Title: Hospice RN

Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan

Pay Range: $34.00-39.00 per hour (depending on experience) – WEEKLY PAY!

What’s the Job?

• Provide end-of-life care, including comfort care and symptom management

• Communicate complete and accurate information to physicians and other care team members

• Coordinate ordering durable medical equipment and supplies

• Assist in developing, implementing, evaluating, and updating individualized plan of care

What’s Needed?

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with possession of a current license to practice as a RN in the State of Michigan

• Minimum of 1-2 years of varied nursing experience

• Lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted

• Must be able to work variable hours/shifts/days, including weekends

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently

• Must have reliable transportation, will be traveling to different locations

• Proof of current tuberculin testing required. of current tuberculin testing required
