Regency at Bluffs Park is a Skilled Rehab/Nursing Home. We are located on the north side of Ann Arbor off of Main St. We are about 2 miles from Michigan Medicine as well as The Big House.

We are looking for a highly compassionate and customer service-focused candidate to join our team in a very important role: Part Time Receptionist ! Our Receptionist is tasked with providing excellent first impressions to our residents, their friends, their families, and anyone else who walks into our facility.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Fridays from 4 pm - 9 pm

Compensation: $15.00 per hour

General Duties:

• Answering incoming phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate department

• Greet and direct guests

• Maintain current patient listing

• Provide clerical support to the Administrator and other staff as directed

• Assist Paramedics/EMTs with directions to patient room during an emergency, hold elevator if applicable

• Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

• Typing proficiency of 50-60 words per minute.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions, (word processing, graphics, databases, spreadsheets, etc.)

• Able to project a professional image

• Strong organizational and analytical skills; oral and written communication skills
