Location:  Ann Arbor, Michigan

Pay Range:  $17.00-18.00 per hour -- WEEKLY PAY!

What's the Job?

• Scheduling appointments by phone
• Processing prescription requests, verifying insurance, and responding to referral requests
• Handling email correspondence with providers and clinic staff

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 - 2 years of customer service and clerical experience
• Strong, demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to keep up with high-volume environments
• Abilit to lift up to 15 pounds
• Ability to meet Michigan Medicine's pre-employment screening and compliance requirements
