Job Description

We are seeking a distribution specialist to join a strong Help Desk team located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This person will be responsible for the ordering, distributing, and management of upgrades of iPhone. They will be in charge of both the distribution and pick-up/shipment of iPhones. They should be comfortable in a customer facing role, especially speaking to large groups of people/hosting informational meetings. The ideal candidate for this role is organized and has strong attention to detail.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors Degree preferred, Highschool Diploma or GED required

 Experience with Tier 1 support of IOS/Apple iPhones/Basic smartphone knowledge

o Experience troubleshooting & deployment of iPhones

o Experience with upgrades, log-ins, and resets

 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

 Strong customer service experience null
