The Strategic Revenue Manager is responsible for the portfolio revenue performance and management of the Government business segment. The primary functions of this position will include monitoring and analyzing top-line revenue performance, incorporating strategies to ensure price realization, identifying trends, auditing current practices, facilitating forecasting, conducting special projects, and reporting the results to the senior members of the team.
The successful candidate must be agile and responsive to the dynamic Government market and evolving internal processes, tools, and commercial strategies. This individual should be well organized, creative, a strategic thinker, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Role In this opportunity as a Government Strategic Revenue Manager, you will: Manage the revenue strategy and associated programs for Government. Consult with leaders by providing data-informed recommendations. Work closely with key finance partners to ensure we hit our overall revenue targets. Collaborate with sales leadership on strategic negotiations and high-priority initiatives. Communicate with appropriate sales teams on customer promotions and provide guidance and clarity regarding promotions. Assist in developing, administering, and communicating sales compensation plans and special incentives. Provide input on territory analysis, quota setting, and compensation planning to Sales leadership. Leverage data analytics to drive revenue strategy and decision-making. Monitor and report on KPIs to track the effectiveness of revenue strategies. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business goals. Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in revenue strategies.
About You You're a fit for the role of Government Strategic Revenue Manager if your background includes: 5+ years of professional experience in a related field, including Finance, Revenue Management, Data Analytics, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field. Knowledge and experience with Government customers preferred

Tool / System Experience Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Teams. Experiencewith data analysis tools, including Tableau, PowerBI, and Alteryx
