On With Life's (Brain Injury/Stroke/Neuro) Outpatient Neuro Rehabilitation Program is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) for our person-centered, challenging, rewarding, fast-paced, collaborative, and transdisciplinary team!
This PRN Physical Therapist (PT) position primarily works Monday-Friday, typically between 8a-5p or 9:30a-6p approximately 32 hours per week. This position will cover hours for a maternity leave in June, July, August and partial September.

We are an evolving Outpatient Neuro program that continues to grow in size and in the multitude of diagnoses we serve.
What do Physical Therapists do?
In partnership with other members of the transdisciplinary rehabilitation team, the Physical Therapist provides advanced professional services for persons with brain injury or other neurological disorders (i.e. CVA, Parkinson's, Post-Concussive Syndrome, Post Covid, Brain Tumor, GBM, Movement Disorders, Complex Neuro), including assessment and personalized intervention plans addressing:
motor function
positioning
mobility skills
neuro-development
perceptual and/or personal social development
return to work/school or purpose

Neuro experience is highly preferred but will consider a new graduate. CBIS, LSVT, or NDT certifications are a plus.
Qualified applicants must have:
An Iowa Physical Therapy license
Ability to periodically drive on behalf of On With Life
Ability to maintain CPR certification (if you do not have this already, we will pay for it)
