Position is located in Ames, Iowa

Job Description:

• Responsible for operating a machine used for packaging, such as labels and print on boxes

• Utilizing and maintaining mounting equipment, and ensuring its cleanliness throughout the shift

• Handle plates used as molds, which will often need to be cleaned before being stored

Hard Skills:

• 6+ months of machine operation experience

• 1+ year of experience within manufacturing setting

Work Environment

• This is a smaller family-owned and operated company that has very low turnover, the majority of the staff has been with the company for 5+ years

• Dress Code: steel toe boots, jeans/work pants with no holes, t-shirt

• PPE provided: safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection

• 2nd shift is 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm

• Non-climate controlled environment
