This Service Contract Support Specialist is based in Ankara and is responsible for proactively interacting with customers over the phone , teams video conference or via email to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review. After the onboarding period where technical and company training will be provided, the Service Contract Support Specialist will provides quotes, process sales order, document customer complaints, and respond to customer service needs, including shipment, billing and warranty issues, and basic product inquiries. In this role, a typical day will include

• Responsible for managing service contract renewals by maintaining customer touchpoints

• Interacting with customers over the phone, video conference or via email to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review

• Create offers for repairs and maintenance in our system

• Create work orders for repairs and maintenance

• Upload contracts for bench service and licenses

• Collaborate with other Service Sales Representatives and Sales teams to improve processes

• Engage in department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through visual management and countermeasures where appropriate

You will be successful in this position if you are strongly customer focus and have very good communication skills. You will also need problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably to have at least intermediate level of English

• University degree and 3 years progressive administrative experience in a business-to-business environment

• Experience working with various administrative systems and confident use of PC and software (Office package), comfortable handling questions related to technical and service products

• Sözleşmelerin sisteme yüklenmesi ve takibi

• Süreçleri iyileştirmek için diğer Hizmet Satış Temsilcileri ve Satış ekipleriyle işbirliği yapmak

• Görsel yönetim ve uygun olduğunda karşı önlemler aracılığıyla departman Temel Performans Göstergelerine (KPI'lar) katılın

Güçlü müşteri odaklılığınız ve çok iyi iletişim becerileriniz varsa bu pozisyonda başarılı olursunuz. Ayrıca problem çözme becerilerine ve etkili bir şekilde öncelik belirleme yeteneğine de ihtiyacınız olcak.

Gereksinimler:

• Tercihen en az orta düzeyde İngilizce bilgisine sahip olmak
