Cayuse Holdings Program Manager in Andrews Airforce Base, Maryland

Responsibilities

The Program Manager to provide overall management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the Air National Guard Readiness Center's IT and operational support services. All duties and responsibilities performed in accordance with the Core Values of Cayuse.

  • The Program Manager is responsible for overall implementation of the management strategy, maintaining open lines of communication, resolving procedural issues dealing with contract deliverables across the functional areas of the contract.

  • Perform program management duties to include but not limited to:

  • Ensure program scope and deliverables are commensurate with duties required.

  • Deliver products on schedule and within the approved budgets for assigned projects.

  • Orally present project plans to senior leadership

  • Serve as a communication point in response to customer feedback.

  • Providing a direct dialog of situational awareness to government leaders when required.

  • Informs ANGRC management of the projected and actual performance and cost variances through reports, briefings, and other regular communications (including submittal deliverables and products of the program).

  • Ensure all work under the contract complies with Department of Defense (DoD), Air Force (AF), and federal regulations and procedures.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in equivalent field, Masters a plus

  • Possess a minimum of five years’ experience in leading an IT project or initiatives at the project or program manager level, Experience working in an Air Force or other military environment.

  • Secret Clearance required.

  • Hold one or more of the following management certifications:

  • ITIL

  • SCRUM

  • Lean Six Sigma

  • PMP

  • Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

Minimum Skills:

  • Ability to communicate well with others, both orally and in writing, using technical and nontechnical language

  • Ability to perform a wide variety of duties and responsibilities.

  • Ability and willingness to quickly learn and put to use new skills and knowledge brought about by rapidly changing information and/or technology.

  • Close attention to detail required with ability to process and apply diverse and complex amounts of data.

Reports to : Managing Director of Operations

Working Conditions

  • Professional office environment,

  • Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties for extended periods of time. Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.

  • Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace.

  • Polished office protocols, high-tempo communication streams and working conditions.

  • Must be able to work varying work schedules and/or extended hours to meet business needs and project deadlines.

  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time looking at computer screen and communicate via information technology systems and telephones.

  • May be asked to travel for business or professional development purposes.

Pay Range

USD $150,000.00 - USD $160,000.00 /Yr.
