What does Brice Civil Constructors do?

For Brice Civil Constructors, we work with our clients to identify the optimal plan forward, assemble the best available team, and deliver exceptional results. We bring design to life with a focus on cost estimating, schedule, cost performance, compliance, change management, and safety and risk management in heavy civil construction.

What can you expect?

As the Security Escort, you will be responsible for escorting project personnel into restricted areas and always maintaining close visual contact with the project personnel within restricted areas. When escorting project personnel into and from restricted areas, you will ensure that all doors, gates, and other points of access are maintained and secured during access. You will maintain documentation at the Entry Control Point which may include a log of entry/exit. You will attend On-Site Escort Training provided at each job site.

How will you do it?

  • Monitor project personnel within restricted areas and report concerns to supervisors.
  • Maintain an Exit/ Entry log into restricted areas.
  • Inspect hand-carried items that are going into the restricted areas.
  • Participate in each project site Security Escort Training.
  • Support the Carpentry team with caulking and building sealing work, minor job site clean-up, minor material handling, and other support as needed at the construction sites.
  • Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
  • Perform other duties as directed.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

  • Ability to handle security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
  • Ability to participate in each project site Security Escort Training.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, both logical and interpersonal.
  • Work requires professional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to participate in group meetings, take direction from supervisor(s) and other crew members, high degree of attention to detail, follow work rules, and adhere to project schedule.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must posses current and valid SECRET security clearance with approval by the Air Force.
  • Ability to participate in each project site Security Escort Training.

``` - Valid state drivers license and qualified to operate a vehicle under the conditions of the Brice Civil Constructors Driving Policy. - Ability to travel to remote places for work-related purposes (100% of the time).
